With 16 years of industry experience, Eagles Nest is committed to providing essential social services to families. Our team of nurses, therapists, medical prescribers, care coordinators, community health workers, and doulas work together to ensure that every family receives the support they need.

Prenatal Care
Our comprehensive prenatal care
includes regular check-ups, prenatal
exams, ultrasounds, and lab tests.
We provide guidance on prenatal
nutrition, exercise, and overall
well-being, and educate
expectant mothers on
childbirth, breastfeeding, and
newborn care.
Child Care Coordination
We assist families in navigating the child care system and accessing appropriate services. Our team conducts assessments to determine the child’s needs and develop individual care plans. We collaborate with community resources and agencies to connect families to child care services, and provide ongoing support and advocacy for families to ensure their child’s needs are met.
Collaboration and Communication
Our team of nurses, therapists, medical prescribers, and care coordinators foster strong communication and collaboration. We regularly meet to discuss patient cases, multidisciplinary treatment plans, and care coordination strategies, and utilize electronic health records or other digital tools to ensure efficient communication and documentation.
